Well, I have one more week before I start my "official training" for the Wasatch Back Relay. What is that you say? Well it is a 24 hour party! Oh, and a 184 mile relay race from Logan to Park City. Crazy you say? Probably, but that is part of the fun. I can't wait!! Lots of running, running and running. Anyone want to join me on a training run? We do need some backup runners in case someone drops out so get up and run so you will be ready for the 24 hour party this June. Here are some videos from last year. Check it out...
